Shipping questions
What delivery options are available, and how much do they cost?
We offer the following delivery options:
- Standard Delivery: 2-5 business days, $15
- Express Delivery: 1-3 business days, $15 or FREE for orders over $450
- International Delivery: 7-10 business days, $35 or FREE for orders over $550
Delivery times start once the parcel is collected by Australia Post.
Are there any additional fees for international orders?
International orders may be subject to customs charges, foreign taxes, or other fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
What should I do if there’s a delay with my delivery?
Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by delays with Australia Post or customs clearance for international orders. GOLDEN HOUR FOOTWEAR is not liable for delays caused by these factors. If you have concerns, please reach out to our customer care team at customerservice@goldenhourfootwear.com
Returns questions
What is your return policy for merchandise?
You can return merchandise for a refund, exchange, or store credit if it meets the following conditions:
- Returned within 7 days of delivery for Australian and New Zealand customers, and 14 days for all other countries.
- Merchandise is in original condition with all tags attached and has not been worn, damaged, washed, or altered.
- A return authorization (RA) number is issued before the return is sent. Returns without an approved RA number will be sent back to the customer.
Are international orders eligible for exchanges or refunds?
International orders are not eligible for exchanges. However, they are eligible for refunds or store credit, provided they meet the return policy conditions. Please note that all return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
How can I get assistance with the returns process?

Sizing questions
What sizing standard does your men's footwear follow?
Our men's footwear follows American standard sizing.
How do I choose the right size for different types of footwear?
- Open-Toe Shoes: We recommend purchasing your true size for a comfortable fit.
- Closed-Toe Shoes & Boots: If you're between sizes, have wider feet, or a higher arch, sizing up is recommended for added comfort.
