RETURNS:
If you are unhappy with the merchandise you purchased for any reason, it may be returned to us for a refund, exchange, or store credit, provided it adheres to the following conditions.
- Merchandise must be returned to Golden Hour Footwear within 7 days of delivery for Australian and New Zealand customers, and 14 days for all other countries.
- Only approved returns will be issued with a return authorisation number. Any orders returned without an approved RA Number, will be returned to sender.
- Merchandise must be in original condition with all tags attached.
- Merchandise must not be worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
- All return shipping is at the cost to the customer
- All full priced merchandise is eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
- Original shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
- International orders are not eligible for exchanges.
