RETURNS:

If you are unhappy with the merchandise you purchased for any reason, it may be returned to us for a refund, exchange, or store credit, provided it adheres to  the following conditions.

  • Merchandise must be returned to Golden Hour Footwear within 7 days of delivery for Australian and New Zealand customers, and 14 days for all other countries.
  • Only approved returns will be issued with a return authorisation number. Any orders returned without an approved RA Number, will be returned to sender.
  • Merchandise must be in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
  • All return shipping is at the cost to the customer
  • All full priced merchandise is eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
  • Original shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
  • International orders are not eligible for exchanges.
